been mia for a veri veri long time... been super busy wif all the trainings... even if i'm back early which is super duper seldom, i'll be busy catching up my slp...
so far my injury status quite bad i shld say... injured my ankle the other time rite? didnt acty waited for it to fully recovered before i went back to my trainings and competitions... so somehow it nv got better... then cos it nv really got better, so i've been stressing my the other leg... and yes... one day my the other leg started to get angry and tada... another sprained ankle and a veri veri weak knee.... so basically now i'm veri veri mummfied acty... jus tt i dun wrap myself up unless i'm in match or trainings... quite bad but cant really rest lah... IH period is where all my competitions are... onli time to rest is after all the matches lor...
sometimes i jus hope i can nua the whole day at home... but tink to be able to nua in hall is already a super luxury le man... haiz.... busy busy busy
